What is the procedure to activate/ de-activate the system or update my mobile number for the SMS Alert Service?
You can activate / de-activate / modify your mobile number for the SMS Alerts service by any of the means mentioned below:
- Login to your trading account at www.kotakcommodities.com, click on Customer Service, click on Get Your SMS Alerts Now
- On the SMS Registration page you can select the type of SMS you want to register by checking the box adjacent to the SMS type. Then click on the SAVE button to save your registration. Similarly to discontinue the selected service you can uncheck the box and click on SAVE.

Are there any charges for availing this service?
The charges applicable for availing this service are:
- Fundamental Recommendation SMS Alerts: Rs. 50/- per month.
- Technical Recommendation SMS Alert: Rs. 50/- per month.
Note - The above-mentioned charges shall be debited to your ledger as soon as you activate the service.
